The ongoing protest was as a result of the killing of two priest and 17 parishioners of the church in an early morning service on the 24th April, 2018.

Fulani Herdsmen attacked a catholic church in Ayar mMbalom village, Gwer East Local Government Area, Benue State early in morning during morning mass and killed two priests alongside some parishioners.
When will this shedding of innocent blood come to an end?
When will the Nigerian Government respond to this spate of violence against her citizens?
When will the Nigerian Government demonstrate respect for human life?
